Take it slow and follow the steps in the plans you'll be all good.

Yes I've added sleeping platforms to mine. Installed 5 extra Threaded inserts in the front of the drawers (behind the Back seat), then made 5 "legs" that sit on bottom plate where the drawers are mounted to the Truck and screw into the the inserts. 2 1/2" plywood platforms to match the 60 / 40 seats that rest on the legs and on the flipped up seat bottoms. Sleeps 2 adults no problem.
See Below for some shots from my Sketchup design based on the Adventure Index Plans, showing the Sleeping platform and legs.
I can run with either side seat up or down, or both up/down depending on who and what I'm running with on a trip.
A few sleeping in your 4th gen tips:
* Be sure to park as level as possible. Ouray Co. does NOT make this easy.
* Keep your key fob handy. You need to unlock the doors with it while inside or the Horn goes off as soon as a door is opened.
* Gaffers tape is your friend to black out the blinking lights that suddenly seem to light up the whole damn truck.
