Cheapest site to order suspension parts?
I looked at Toytec but they’re kinda outrageous and Wheelers seems pretty good but shipping is freaking $75!!! And good recommendations? They need to have OME and Bilsteins

I just picked up a complete set of Billsteins for $369 on Amazon. Cheapest price I could find. I chose Wheelers for all the other components, I've been using them for years. I believe they're on the west coast, that could be why shipping is so expensive for you.

I've had good luck with
@ TotalAutomotiveLV
. They offer a forum discount using code T4R. I don't think the discount applies to the 5100s but it should work on the OME coils.
Other than that, your best bet would to be to find the parts individually rather than all from the same vendor. Sometimes you can score a good deal if you use eBay and find a seller that accepts offers.

I got all my suspension from Wheelers. Everything came packed very well and considering how HEAVY a suspension package is, $75 is money well spent. Mine had to be packed in two boxes, so time and materials are parts of that charge. A year from now you won't even think about it.

I once picked up a complete set of 5100s for 5th gens on car ID for less than 300 shipped. I also picked up another set for 4th gens on amazon for 340 shipped.

Shipping is shipping... its either built into the cost of the parts, or separately with competitive numbers on equipment.
Wheelers shipping isn't that bad, once you get the package you would get over the charge.
They pack it well and all in all seems reasonable considering the cost of equipment.
Just make sure you have accounted for everything in one order... I got everything I needed, including bump stops, and even had them build the front struts with new top hats and hardware... hassle free drop in install that I did myself, which ended up saving me a bunch of cash.

As far as a complete kit goes, the ToyTec kit is hard to beat. ToyTec ultimate kit is about the best you can buy in that price range IMO.

4wheelParts has a full set of 5100’s for $300 including free shipping and no sales tax. (They will pay whatever sales tax your state charges). Pretty darn good deal. I think the sales tax deal ends today. I believe they carry ARB/OME Springs as well.

I would love to get that kit but I can probably top out at $800 absolute max. I don’t work while I’m at college so my funds are very limited and I’ll still have to get an alignment after.

They show a four pack of shocks for $297 or so, but I called to ensure it was two shocks and two struts, and the rep said that the computer made an error and they couldn’t do all four corners for $297, the total would be $340. Still a decent deal. Give them a call see what they can do.

That kit seems overpriced for what it has considering its based on a 5100 on the front shock...
I got a 6112 lift for less than that from Wheelers.... I just built my own "kit"
6112 Fronts
Labor - Front Strut Assembly
1/4 Top Plate for driver side gas tank leveling
Extended coil support studs
Nylok Nuts for Top Plate
5100 for Rear Shocks
OME 2895 Rear Coils
Wheelers Superbump "bump stops"
Shipping
$1220.60
OP could build something similar using a 5100 up front and be under budget.

Yep but they're adjustable and that makes it all worth it to me. IMO i'd much rather adjustable shocks to dial it in perfectly over using a shim on one side to hopefully get it level.
