Anyone have experience with Maxxis Tires?

I am looking for some aggressive tires but something that also does well on the road. The size I want is 265/70/17. I came across some Maxxis MT-762 tires. Has anyone had experience with these? Thanks

They make a nice mtn. bike tire. But that doesn't help you...

I have 31x10.50x15 Buckshot Mudders on my Jeep Wrangler. I have about 15k on the tires and they are holding up good..

Great mud, snow, dirt, rocky traction. These tires have gotten me through some mud holes I thought I would have never gotten out of and they have carried my jeep through 9 inches of unplowed snow effortlessly.

Good on road traction as well. Not as much roar as I was expecting at highway speeds or even at low speeds.

I have began to notice that they are beginning to get a little sketchy in the rain on asphalt but they aren't really made for that type of driving.

Overall a very good tire for the price.

Fitz

Thanks for the replies. I have narrowed my tire search down to BFG A/T 265/70/17 and Maxxis 265/70/17. I really like the tire pattern on the Maxxis it seems they are the only tire company that makes a mud/snow tire in 265/70/17, if I am wrong please someone correct me? Thanks
