Side note I also replaced all of my rubber vacuum and gas lines under the hood as I was having evap system leak codes. This seemed to solve my problem along with a new gas cap
What kind of vacuum line did you use? I've considered using some generic silicone line from Mcmaster

Hey the kind I used was from advance auto parts. I believe it was 3/8 fuel safe hose. I got that kind because I also replaced the rubber lines from the pcv valve. It came in 2 foot sections in a bag. I hope that helps

HID upgrade

I upgraded from the bulbs I originally had for the low beam to an H11 HID kit from amazon. I ended up going with 6000K color temperature to match my fog lights. These are so much brighter than the halogen bulbs I had and you can actually see the projector cutoff line now. I actually had to adjust the projectors down to keep from blinding everyone. So far I'm very happy with the light output. Here are a few pics. I'll add a few more once I am able to get pics of the cutoff line.

HID light output and reverse polarity

Here’s a pic of the light output on the road for my new HIDs and here are some pics of the reverse polarity mod I did for my HVAC controls. The reverse polarity was relatively easy. I bought some premade white led replacements for behind the screen and ran the positive wire to the 12 volt cigarette lighter wires. I hope to figure out a way to incorporate the dimmer at some point with a diode.

little updates

Nothing major has been going on just a few updates here and there. Painted the side mirrors to match the car about a month ago, just did an oil change, also just finished my center caps after about 6 months. Really happy with how they turned out.

I also have a few plans coming up that I'll update everyone on. I have some 1.25 inch wheel spacers on the way and I also have supplies to repaint the roof of my 4runner. The original paint has not peeled but the clear coat is faded beyond fixing so fingers crossed I'll get that knocked out soon. Also going to look around for a sport roof rack

Did you replace the cup holder lights? Can you get me some details on that if you did? Like what bulb, where did you get them, how did you get to them, etc.

Where on your hatch did you install your b/u camera. I’m looking for placement ideas.

I originally used a 3mm led with a resistor but it crossed terminals and popped the fuse. I have since then replaced it with a regular bulb from autozone until I can get the proper led

I bought one that replaces one of the tailgate bulbs. Basically it just screws in place and has an led that lights up the license plate like the original bulb

back again!

Alright I'm back to this thread haha. Not much progress happening on the turbo build at the moment. I have a 255 fuel pump that I'll install this weekend but other than that it just needs a tune and it'll be done!

Now Here I'm focusing my attention on my lift. For now its just a budget 3/1.5 lift until hopefully this summer when I can afford new coils and bilsteins. But just did the body mount chop today with the help of a buddy of mine. All cleaned up and got the pinch weld hammered in as well. Here are a couple pics!

I also got the 33's that I needed went with a set of falken wildpeaks in a 285/70r17. Hoping I have enough caster to clear everything lol. My biggest worry is my offset. I probably have about -40 offset due to my wheels and wheel spacers. If worse comes to worse I can always remove the spacers.

I was wondering where you bought your new leather seat covers from? I've been wanting to replace mine but haven't been able to find a place to buy them from, and I wanted to know if you could help me.
