Amazon insists that these alternatives wont' fit a '2007 4runner sport v6'. If I made a photo, it would be identical to yours - including the unused horizontal "tab with mounting hole". But this is the OEM part on my V6 4Runner sport 2007 - the same machine as car as yours (except for the color, and maybe the stereo).
Here's the OEM:

And here's a cheaper Amazon "Clone" which also looks like the right thing:

The also have a" Wells" product, but it costs nearly as much as the OEM. The replacement Toyota part is almost identical, and also works:
"90910-AC001 - Vacuum Valve. ... Manufacturer: Toyota; Part: Vacuum Valve; Replaces: 90910-12262" Most Internet sellers have the new one, rather than the old one.

New edit on 4/13: Over lunch hour, I just replaced the part on mine. I also noticed that Toyota did
not put a clamp on one of the connected hoses (the long one, into the engine). My hose came off from the old VSV pretty easily, maybe a bit
too easily. And so, along with the new VSV, I added clamps to hold the ends of the engine-side hose tighter. I cleared my codes, and I'll drive the car back to work. We'll see if the codes come back overnight.

New edit 4/14: Codes have not come back after an overnight "rest" (allowing the tests to be re-done), and after a couple of short drives. I created a new Thread, highlighting the cods I experienced - to make it easy for others to "match" when searching the forum:
