New to me 4ruuner

Last weekend I pickup up a 2005 SR5 with 172k miles. It had Toytec springs and Bilstein shocks. Getting Cooper Discoverer A/T3 275 70 R17 tires this week.

This weekend I did the the fluids (engine oil, diffs and transfer case) thanks to an awesome write up here. Much easier doing the 4Runner diffs than my Jeep TJ. Have plugs to do, power steering fluid and fan belt.

After removing the skid plates I noticed a leak near the inner part of the Front axle. Pic attached.

Would someone give me guidance how to fix this?

Lots of writeups on how to remove the CV. Then all you have to do is replace the seal once you get the CV out. Here are some threads I had bookmarked on the seal topic:
