Fluid film prep ?

I'd like to fluid film the undercarriage. I'll hit the rust spots with a wire wheel but would like to paint over the spots after. What paint will hold up or is recommended for frames and other components?

POR15 is a pretty well regarded rust preventative paint, and I think there is a similar Eastwood product but I can't recall the name at the moment. Pricey stuff, but if you Google it, it seems pretty universally liked.

Good old rustoleum satin black spray paint is cheap and easy. It's what I've used to touch up all my undercarriage with, then fluid filmed over top. No rust this winter at all wheras last winter was pretty bad in comparison when I did nothing.

I spent a lot of time prepping my frame and applying chassis saver. It's done great except for a few hard to reach areas, rock chips and scrapes, etc. For those I agree with rustoleum ^^^^^ just clean the crappy areas and spray on, yeah you might have to touch up a couple times a year when you're in there for other work but it keeps my frame looking very nice. I also applied fluid film last winter but didn't this winter, I noticed my hitch looking a lot worse so the stuff definitely works.

I've used VHT chassis and rollbar paint on my rear axle/diff and sliders for a while now. The stuff is seriously tough. looks like powdercoating.
