Thought I'd throw this out there for someone that might be having a similar problem. I've got an 2004 T4R Limited and I've been encountering a SRS airbag light on for the past few months. Seemed to be more of a problem the warmer it got. Start the truck, the light would go out as normal. Then when I would make a strong turn, the SRS light would come back on and stay on until the truck was shut down and restarted. Then later the problem became more permanent. it would come on when the truck was started and never go out.
I initial suspected the spiral cable in the steering column. I replaced it with one from ebay, and it didn't seem to fix the problem, so I reinstalled the old spiral cable and continued to troubleshoot.
I took it to a local O'Reily's auto parts and had them read the safety code errors. B1153 code was set that indicated the drivers seat position sensor was the cause of the problem. After looking a little deeper, I saw some guy having a similar failure on his cruiser and low and behold it was a wiring problem.

i disconnect the battery, unbolted the driver's seat, tilted it back and found the wires running to the seat position sensor had broken right at the connector to the sensor. I bought a new connector 98980-12195, and two new connector pins and leads 82998-12720 (Highway robbery @ $22/each). Inserted new leads into new connector, soldered the new leads to the existing harness wires, reconnected battery, turned key, 5 seconds later the SRS light goes out!!! Yeah!
Lesson Learned - Take the truck to O'Reily's to get error codes read. Autozone can only do engine codes.
