When is it REALLY time to change LCA bushings

I've seen a lot of threads on how to do it. But no real dialogue on how long these REALLY last. I have a 2007 t4r that has new LBJs and lot of other stuff but not the LCA bushings and it rides fine. I also have a 2005 GX470 with 135k miles that doesn't seem to need either. But I'm doing a complete bottom end refresh but seriously considering leaving the LCA be.

Thoughts on this?

As long as you have no popping/clunking or pulling when accelerating or braking and everything feels tight up front, I'd leave them be as well.
