Alignment Issue

Hello,

I recently went to have an alignment done on my 03 4X4. They were able to adjust caster and camber ok. When they went to adjust toe, they said they could not because of too much rust and could not get it to budge. This place does not do repairs so they said to fix it and they will complete the alignment once done.

What do I look for under there? What could be seized? I plan to soak the hell out of it with penetrating oil. Maybe I can get it to work.

How does that work? Is this the tie rods? What kind of a mess am I getting in to? Could anyone possibly snap a picture for me?

Thanks in advance!

Either the lock nut on the tie rod is seized or the threads that go into the inner tie rod are seized. I'd just pick up new inners and outers and replace both sides.
