Mag chloride and gravel.

You get the salt spray and shotgun gravel blasts.

With the hail in the summers Colorado is a very hostile place for cars. Her "pristine" 4runner will look like hell in a year.

Plus if she wants to do the "trendy" downtown things in Denver, everyone there is from the Bay Area and parks like it's a contact sport, especially when it comes to parallel parking.

Anyone hear any updates on this frame recall was googling around and there's still not much said other then some guys are doing some kind of law suit which prob wont go anywhere, investigation is still open on NHTSA website...

just found some holes in mine. president moron isnt helping by shutting the government down, vacant, interim or incompetent officials

Can anyone with a legal background translate some of the new documents appearing on this case?
#28 in Weinreich v. Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc (D.S.C., 2:18-cv-03294-RMG) – CourtListener.com

It looks like it's still going forward, but I'm not really sure.

Don’t know if this was a us thing as well but in Canada we had the rusted frame recall go through and class action lawsuit went through and a whole bunch of rusted Tacoma’s got new frames or Toyota bought the cars off people who wanted to rid... now if this goes through will it be a North America wide thing or ONLY US? Here’s the link of some info from the Tacoma one if you guys wanna read

In the US Toyota recalled the Tacoma's, Tundra's and Sequoia's I believe. I'm not really getting my hopes up, but I'm also specifically not modifying my frame (Weld-on sliders, body mount chop, suspension gussets, etc...) in a way that would make me ineligible if it does go through.

US =/= Canada
Canada =/= US

The two links you posted were clearly for canada only. im sure there is some variance in your guy's consumer protection laws as well as your court system from America. while it might be a good FYI read for us Americans, it is useless to us.

hope you guys get your frames replaced.

All be eligible ... but you’re right any reason to deny that they will probably use.. I guess good thing I was a tech at a local near by Toyota dealership and know everyone including

My 03 frame rusted through and we had to trade it in for junk/scrap last year

My 08 is holding up so far
