Blue Ridge Overland Gear storage bags

I attended the 2018 Rooftop Tent Rally at James River State Park, hosted by Blue Ridge Overland Gear. I finally bought two of their bags to add to my center console.
These are the 4x12” bags with 2” wide Velcro hook back on each end. I got 2” heavy duty Velcro loop with stick up backing from my local hardware store to secure them in place.

If you move the seats all the way forward, would they get ripped off, or jammed between the seat and console? Or simply prevent the seat from moving?

They're velcro'd in, so could easily be removed when moving the seat further forward.
