I rolled down the back windows with the fob and tried to roll up the window with the key. No go. They won’t even turn at all. I’m assuming something probably went wrong with ignition on this 4Runner at some point and they swapped it out which I imagine was costly. The question is, what should I do, get a second key cut that will open the door and roll up the window? Think I can get someone to adjust those locks to match the working ignition key? I really don’t want two keys if I can avoid it. Suggestions? Thank you!

A locksmith MIGHT be able to key the door/hatch locks to the ignition key you have, BUT he may need to have a key that will work the door locks to do so,or maybe not, the only way to find out is to go and ask a locksmith that's experienced in auto locks.
