Help with after market turn signals

Searches on both forum and Google haven't turned anything up, so I am once again asking for the assistance of those of you, probably all of you, who know more about this than I do (not a high standard to meet, and it's consistently exceeded by an enormous margin here on the forum).
Put my new RPM Fab front bumper on yesterday, wired in the Baja lights to the factory fog harness with no issue, and also wired the provided LED bolt turn signals (sent by RPM) straight to the factory turn signal harness (clipped the factory plug and used spade connectors between the factory wiring and the new lights, white to green, and black to white/black). Spliced in the resistors to prevent hyper-flash.

Problem is, the new turn signals don't turn on at all. Rear ones still work fine, hazard lights in rear work fine, but the new LEDs won't light up at all.

Any ideas how I might've screwed this up?

How did you wire the resistors?

Used quick splices to wire the resistor in between the ground and power wires. The bulbs wouldn't light up before the resistors were placed either, though. I put the resistors in after noting hyper flash on my dash and rear signals.

Could they have been wired incorrectly? Unlike incandescent bulbs LEDs are polarity specific.

This is my thoughts as well, you could try and see if you can just pull the bulbs and turn them 180* if the socket allows for that and if the wiring is reversed that should make them work.

Sounds like you wired the resistors correctly.

I agree polarity could be reversed. Even though common sense dictates the black wire from your new turn signals should be ground (OEM white w/black wire is definitely ground) I'd switch them around.

It's happened to me before, same brand aftermarket bulb sockets but for different bulbs. I assumed the wire colors were the same, ended up ruining a LED bulb because what should have been a ground wire was not, two positives connected to a LED bulb = burnt out LEDs

As far as I can tell, the bulb housing is sealed and hard-wired in, so no pulling it out to reseat. I’ll try switching wires tomorrow to see if that fixes.

Edit: Thanks so much, everyone, for weighing in, and sorry I didn't resize the pic. I'll keep you posted.

Update: the wiring on the new signals was, indeed, reversed. Rewired with white to white/black, black to green, and everything is working now.

Many thanks to y'all for the assistance!

Sweet, I'm glad it was a simple fix.
