Vibrating / Bouncing in Car
I do own/drive a T4R, but this is an issue with my other car, which is not a 4runner. Its a GMC Acadia, and its complete garbage, but I know you all are smart folks and Ive received little/no help on an Acadia Forum.
Im having some pretty bad wheel shake at 70 mph (settles down above/below 70), and then an odd bouncing feeling around 30mph. The bouncing feels like it is coming from the rear, while wheel shake is felt a bit all over.
Im curious the symptoms of a bent rim vs. a balance or alignment issue. Or is it something else entirely? Ive taken the car twice to get balance and realigned, and its had zero help at these.

Certainly seems like it could be a bent wheel. Have the the tires been balanced on a road force balancer? one or more tires could even potentially be out of round, but that's the least likely scenario.

If you have an idea which wheel, replace it with the spare and see if it’s better. If it’s better then just get a replacement wheel.

Could be a bad wheel bearing. Gm is famous for those.

rotate the tires, see if it moves, or changes.
though, it sound like a belt separation in 1 or more of the tires. a halfway decent tech can find it. but, most places don't have those anymore...

Tread separation was my first guess too but I would be surprised if a tech missed it on a tire re-balance. (though come to think of it, would I REALLY be surprised? )
If you have a spare tire throw that into the rotation too. If the problem changes or disappears entirely you'll have narrowed it down to a specific wheel/tire. If it doesn't change, you'll know its in the drive-line or suspension.
