Glad you like them. The fans make a whirring noise... They are located at the back of the bulbs to cool them down.
I have the Auxbeam LED high beams and fogs. They are ridiculously bright.

It should really help on those rainy Pacific NW nights where it is hard to see the lanes.
The only thing I dont like about these so far is that they do emit a slight buzzing sound that I can hear in the car with the engine idling.
Anyone run these in high beams or fogs?

These give so much light that I wont need to use my fogs all the time like before, so I think I will start off with brights.

I will take these $29.99 bulbs over full retrofit 1k headlights any day! Lol
Hmm... You know you can adjust both vertical and horizontal adjustments right?

my problem was the lens was off to one side in the headlight

Any pics of the problem?

Same model, right? Did you get the CANBUS conversion kit from Auxbeam as well?

Nope. I have other LED’s for my DRL/Turn signals that come preloaded with resistors. No error codes for me.

What LEDs did you use for the DRL/turn signals? I really wanted to use LEDs there but after reading many articles about the hyper flash issues, and having most disable the DRL function to solve it, I concluded it was more trouble than it was worth, especially since I really like the DRL function on the ‘06 style lights. The main reason I want LEDs is because the bulbs eventually lose the deep amber color, probably due to the heat from running all the time. They go from a nice deep amber to a pale yellow after about 6 months in my experience.

I have zero issues with my DRL and turn signal LED’s. The DRL function works flawlessly. No hyperflash with turn signals as these have built in resistors. The Amber is deep as well. Very happy with the following.
Front DRL/ Turn signal bulbs:
VehiCode Super Bright 4800 Lumens 21W 3156 (3156A/3056/3456/P27W) LED Light Bulb (Amber/Yellow) Built-in Resistor No Hyper Flashing CanBus Error Free Replacement for Turn Signal Light (2 Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FK9TRZK..._o5NFCb9FHPEPE
Rear turn signal LED bulbs:
iJDMTOY (2) No Hyper Flash 24W High Power Amber 7440 W21W T20 LED Replacement Bulbs For Car Front or Rear Turn Signal Lights (No Load Resistor Required) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074RLJMWQ..._J8NFCbH213DGC

These are offered in numerous sizes, so to be clear, we're talking:
1. This H1 replacement as a direct plug & play for the low beams;
2. This 9005 replacement for the high beams; and
3. This 9006 replacement for the fogs.
Correct?

I don't know about the others but for my 2007 I used H11 bulbs for my low beam.

A few pictures: The cutoff seems the same as the original. They really light up the road without being intrusive to oncoming traffic. I like the way road signs pick up the LED lighting. You can see far down the road off to the left the green sign is lit up. My stock headlights did not do this from what I remember.

I listed links in my build thread. Will update the original post with the lighting mods as well links to purchase my exact setup. For now here is my build thread.

for the price I may have to give this a go. Just ordered 06+ headlights. Eventually I may still do a hid retrofit so that way I can get dual high beam setups for backroads.
Thank you for posting this! I know many people like myself are on the fence and this just made it a much easier choice.

Pics look good. Impressive right? Night and day difference. I aimed mine a bit lower, (so the beam sits below the average compact car’s rear view mirror at 25 feet), so I don’t light up road signs a mile out and piss people off. My fog lights however... those definitely light up the road signs for me and I only use them when absolutely necessary. With the way these headlights light up the immediate area directly in front of the vehicle I don’t think my fog lights are even necessary to be honest.

Thanks. The stock high beam bulb is the 9005 and the base on a non-LED 9011 must be modified to replace the 9005 in an '06-'09 so that's why I wanted to confirm it. Maybe the LED 9011 has the same base as an LED 9005.
