eBay. Near perfect match. Just make sure to buy automotive primer, (available at local auto parts store), and practice if you are not used to working with rattle can paint.

Great looking truck
Really like the color as well as your mods. Was wondering how you like the DT MOTO Blackout headlights?

I was about to ask the same thing. I have to replace a headlight assembly and I am wondering about aftermarket.

Nice build! I was curious what tread pitched hardware all around the engine bay you used and the amount needed.

Thanks!
Hood: 4 M8x1.25 x 20mm
Engine bay: Roughly 40 M6x1.0 x 10-15mm and 2 M8x1.25 x 20mm
For the engine compartment it really depends how many bolts you want to replace. There’s probably 100 m6 bolts in there if you include timing cover, radiator support and other nonvisible fasteners

Full RCI aluminum skid plates arrived... workmanship is outstanding. Welds are phenomenal. I have a few broken rusted bolts I need to extract before I install these. Nice weekend project.

I also bought the powder coated aluminum version of the plates. Mine look different though, and I only bought them a couple of months ago during the group buy. I don’t have that welded on “bump out” plate. Is that a special request?

I requested RCI send me skids that work with a diff drop. If it’s not due to that then maybe it is a new design.

It’s the center pipe of a GReddy 94mm titanium exhaust I took off of my other project.

That might explain it. Doesn’t seem likely they’d change the design so soon, but you never know. Mine is flat across the bottom, with the exception of welded on bosses to protect the bolt heads from getting sheared off.

Previous owner broke a few skid plate bolts and stripped threads. My skid plates were held on with two bolts each...
Today I took the drill and m8 helicoil kit to the broken and stripped holes. Pic of one of the broken bolt tips next to the WD40 can and appropriate sentiment below.
The stainless threads are now stronger than stock. Not to mention the bolts go in butter smooth with permatex antiseize applied.

JAOS grille was looking a bit empty. Filled it in with raptor lettering and lights. Lettering is held on with epoxy putty... which is incredible stuff. Also fixed my broken plastic fan shroud using this putty.
Still need to wire up the lights.
