Any Toyota Dealers frequent T4R.org

Hope this is an okay post to put here. Wanted to find out if any Toyota salespeople, hopefully finance office folks, visit T4R. I'd like to find out if TFS would finance me without having to pull my credit. I can provide all the information you need. I realize that eventually my credit will have to be pulled when we buy the vehicle.

I'm already approved through our credit union as a Tier 1, but for Tier 1 at that particular credit union you just need a 650 beacon score. Not sure if that's the national standard, or set by the banks individually. Their rate is 6.5 for 60mos and 6.25 for 48mos.

If so let me know how I can contact you, or if any of you members know of any finance guys that you highly recommend.

Thanks!

My parents just bought a RAV4 and there were no special interest incentives. They qualifed for Tier 1+ through Toyota Financial and it was 6.49%. The same as our local banks and credit unions.

Yeah I guess this information would have helped. We are purchasing a 4Runner and there is currently a Toyota APR incentive being offered, which is why I'm asking. I don't want Toyota to pull my credit, me get denied, then that have negatively impacted my Credit Union approval.

If you're already approved at 650+, then I'd be surprised if TFS denied you. And even if Toyota pulled a credit report, I don't think it would have such a big impact as to make the credit union change their mind.

If you're really that worried about it, you could pull your own credit report and FICO scores from the "big 3" credit reporting agencies right now on the Internet. Then you could have your own written evidence that your score was whatever as of right now, before Toyota pulls a report.

Know that the three agencies all use slightly different formulas for the FICO score, so you'll get three different answers.
