I went out to Borrego Springs over the weekend, It really would have been nice to have the 6112/5160 setup already installed but I rather wait to get the 650lbs springs, but still had a good time. Here are some photos..

SoCal 4th gen newbie

The OffRoadWarehouse I was supposed to get my Bilsteins from burned down!

Parts were rerouted to a further store, but I was able to pick them up on my lunch break and have them installed before the weekend.

I got 6112/5160 w/ Icon 2Ē

Ordered new oem mounts

Old

New splash shield since it was missing

New

I went with the 5/3 setting. This kit is with the 650lbs front springs and itís slightly higher in the front than the rear. It should settle a bit and I do plan on adding a front bumper/winch in the future so this is perfect.

I got to test this setup out in Borrego Springs.
I noticed a big difference when driving over the graded area on the way to the mud caves.

Went out with the kids and a couple of buddies from work.

Next I plan on getting some sliders and upper control arms.

Good looking ride. I think we're running a similar setup. Love the Method Standard's, just put a set on last month. Great offset and good looking wheel.

Nice find! Do you mind if I ask how much you paid? I've been looking for something similar but I've seen a lot of overpriced V8 4Runners, or at least what I think is high. For example, 04 V8 4x4 160K for 14K.

Which keyfob case or whatever is that? I want one! Nice looking rig too, good on you for doing all the maintenance right away, sheíll easily run 500k if you keep it up. Someone correct me if Iím mistaken, but I think you have a timing belt/water pump service every 98k for the V8ís in case you didnít know!

I bought it here Injection Fob Case Toyota 4Runner 3rd/4th Gen | Etsy

The previous owner had the timing belt done at around 60k I plan to do it again at around 120k based on time as it'll take me a while to get there.

I paid about $16k, they do ask for a premium in SoCal. I searched for a while and I think I got a good deal considering the low miles.
If you're patient you will find what you want.

I had bought a sprint booster off a forum member and finally hooked it up, works great.

Also ordered my white knuckle rock sliders in bare metal which I rattle canned. These are great quality pieces.

Then I finally got my Total Chaos upper control arms installed
