Question What is this piece??? Timing belt help!

Hello all,

I am changing my timing belt on an 04 V8 limited and have successfully gotten everything apart and the new water pump and belt on. However when i pulled pieces off this random part came off and I can't find it any diagram anywhere. I am using the Haynes manual online but I was also hoping someone had a blown out view of the 04 V8 Limited engine and belt assembly. Any help is appreciated!

I believe that is the mounting for the radiator. the bolts go though the front and thread into that nut/insert in the picture.

Any idea to get a blown out view of the engine? I am using the online Haynes manual but it only shows so much.
