Any tips on removing the badges? As far as I googled I should warm them up and pry them after?

Do not pry!! Also heat is not necessary, especially now that it is summer. I would recommend parking outside in the sun for a few hours so everything is nice and warm. Then you will want to use fishing line between the badges and the paint in sort of a up and down sawing motion. The adhesive left behind will need to be removed. I used a 3M Eraser wheel to do this. They attach to a drill and work incredibly well. They are also quite expensive, but I have debadged my 4Runner, and remove pinstripes from a buddies FJ and I cant tell its even been used, so it should last forever. After you are done with that you will want to wipe it down with a cleaner of some sort or spray wax.
