Very possible. I've had plenty of cars who's alternators are still chugging along at the 150k mark.

299K still original

battery is starting to go, so maybe it's on the way out, we'll see

Eibach pro truck with WOR springs on 1st notch in front. 5100's in rear w/ FJ OEM takeoff coils. 255/70R18 on 18" Limited wheels. 1.5" spacers on rear(one trimmed a bit to correct lean). Gibson catback, 06+Headlamps, auxito 16K bulbs in high, low, and fogs!

The OE alternator on the FJ I used to own stopped making sufficient voltage to even run the engine at 105k miles. I'm assuming it's the same part as the T4R.

The Denso alternator on my 2001 Lexus IS300 was working strong at 290,000 when I sold it last March. Dont let mud plug it up and theres no telling how long it can last.

305k on my 1988 when I got rid of it years ago, bought new. I replaced brushes once but that’s all.
