New diff, more problems

Over the weekend I finished regearing the 4Runner with the preassembled units from ECGS. I swapped the front differentials, replaced one axle (after market unit) and reinstalled the other axle as it is still in good shape (also after market): now when I’m cornering in an aggressive manner I’m getting some binding, it’s worse in 4wd than it is 2wd. This did not happen before swapping the diffs. I’ve dealt with axle binding on a lowered Subaru before so to me that’s what it feels like but why is it an issue with the new differential? I do have a diff drop kit and probably sitting around 3 1/4” lift up front.

Aftermarket axles suck. Change it and see what happens. Cheapest/ easiest fix.

You don't mention anything about the rear diff. Did you replace or regear that too?
