Aluminum going to ever be an option?
And what's the tire size on those factory 18"s? Looks like it's actually getting a full contact patch. I've got Toyo A/T's(275/65/18) and am getting horrible tread contact/wear..

I believe we will only offer aluminum in our full bumpers in the near future. The Blitz bumper in steel is only around 70lbs.
The tires are 275/75/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers!

Need 03-05 for Bumper Prototyping
Seems like there is a lot of interest for a Blitz bumper for the 03-05, but in order to make it happen, we need one for prototyping! If you are able to let us borrow one for 1-2 weeks (Portage, MI), send me a message!

Are you guys at least toying with the idea of making the blitz as a full bumper in that hybrid tube style a few people have asked about? Just curious!

I don't think we will be making any tube or hybrid bumpers, but I will pass it along.

This looks awesome! I especially like the Bull Bar option pictured.
How to install this? Is it a bolt-on or do things need to be cut?
Second, can this install with after market skid plates, such as RCI front filler and under engine ones? Or does the filler plate or your bumper need to be modified?
Last, what is the cost for each of the options and shipping to 78664? Also, how long til an item ships?
I have checked your website, and pressing on the link for the bumper, forwarded me to Instagram. I am not a member.
Thanks in advance!

Excellent question regarding the RCI filler. I’d like to know this as well. I’m sure it can be adapted because the hybrid insert goes in roughly the same dimensional area as the regular bumper cover so at most you’d need to drill and tap a couple of holes for the front attachment. Somebody who has the RCI plates would have to confirm once they got one of these installed though. I’m still on the fence because I love the design, but part of me really wants an all aluminum hybrid style with the tube sides to get rid of the ridiculous weight penalty of a full plate bumper, especially since I’m not a serious off-roader. This is a nice compromise though, especially since a winch could easily be added. Even so, I’d still prefer it to be aluminum because 70lbs plus a winch is still pretty considerable when hanging off the front, so I’d probably need a spring/shock upgrade over my Tacoma setup as well.

The bumper itself is bolt-on and only requires cutting the lower portion of the front factory plastic (red lines in photo).
It will work with a front skid. Check out our skid system 4th Gen Skid System Now Available!
A filler plate isn't necessary, as the lower portion of the bumper acts as one.

Thought of one more question, how does this bumper play with body lifts? Assuming it mounts to the front of the frame horns is there any upward adjustment to take up an extra 1"?

Correct, it mounts to the frame horns but it isn't designed to be used with body lifts.

We have an 03-05 at the shop! Shouldn't be long for an integrated bumper.

What’s the finish on the powder coating? I’m trying to resist ordering one because I don’t need it but that intro pricing is hard to pass up. I would like a “satin” finish and not flat on the powder coating
