denso radiator is only 100 or so, also did you drain the coolant at the block too? i would bleed the system again, park on a hill and have the radiator pointing up, are you using toyota thermostat too? toyota coolant that is pre-mix 5050 pink?

So the issue I get is after 2-3 hours on the highway, the temp slowly rises from 195º to around 205-208º. Right around the 208º mark the system suddenly stops cooling at idle. If I pull off the freeway and stop for gas, the second I come to a stop I quickly start to overheat. Revving the engine up to 3,500 RMP or so will bring the temp back down for a short time.
All driving up until this point is perfectly normal. Daily driving to work, no issues.. Driving an hour somewhere, no issues..
I've replaced the thermostat, fan clutch, water pump, and radiator. I cleaned the butterfly valve less than a year ago.
There seems to be some air in the system. I'll be burping it out soon. Sometimes at idle the heater will stop blowing hot air.
Next I'll get a new radiator cap.
I'll be cleaning my K&N air filter soon too. Installed 30k miles ago and hundreds of miles in dirt/desert.
The only thing I can think of is maybe the new radiator can't keep up after hours of driving. I read good reviews about the amazon cheapy radiator for $75 and decided to take gamble. Anyone here have experience with this? The new radiator is about 3/4 the thickness of the OEM I took out. It worried me when I did the install seeing the new one being thinner. Thinking that could be the issue.
