First voodoo blue 4th gen???
So I met a man the other day to sell a master cylinder and when he said I was meeting a blue 4runner I wasn’t picturing this... not sure if it’s the first voodoo blue 4th gen but I hope it’s not the last...

I see a Tundra Pro in that color all the time on my commute. Very Cool on the 4th Gen Runner.

I love the VB in person, great bold color. I've contemplated painting my silver truck for the past year, stock blue or red. After seeing this, my horizons have expanded a bit. Maybe a custom color wouldn't be so crazy. Really nice, a bit of envy.

I think it might be but it looks awesome. This guy painted his calvary blue which I think I like a little more though haha.

voodoo blue is the second most offensive color blue ever, the first being the blue in any LED sign or xmas lights.

That’s going to be a no for me. To each their own, I really actually like that color on the Tundra and new 4Runners, but something about it just doesn’t match the 4th gen.

I think it looks pretty sweet, but every time I see a cool custom color like that, I always feel like I’d get sick of it after awhile. That’s why I generally stick with black or other dark colors. The other issue is that it’s very difficult to ever be anonymous, since everywhere you go people WILL notice that vehicle, even non car people. Trust me, even if you think you want an attention grabbing vehicle, it does get old after awhile, especially when you want to just go about your business and be left alone. My old ‘65 Cobra replica was attention grabbing on its own, but the paintwork made it even more so. I enjoyed the attention for maybe a month, but then found myself only driving late at night, just so I could enjoy the car without getting held up literally EVERYWHERE I stopped, and detained with people wanting to see it up close and asking a million questions. Like I said, it looks really sweet, just not for me!

i ran world rally blue wrx for years and didnt want to...it had 38k miles when i found it on a 12 year old car so i just bit the bullet and rocked WRB as a 27 year old lol so boy racer and tough to differentiate. i like the voodoo blue like i do the laguna seca blue on m3...but, if i were shopping for a new vehicle i would purchase Silver and i have been saying that for awhile. white took center stage for years, trended (i have a white t4r) but silver is back in my opinion, for a few years now.
