I wouldn't worry about the mileage if it appears to have been serviced regularly and you don't see any bad leaks, and of course no undue noises when test driving it.
There are 2 Toyota Tundras that reached 1,000,000 miles with the same V8 engine!
I think $5000 maybe be a good price depending on condition, just an FYI, the KBB value for your zip code/area shows that the trade in value if in excellent condition is between $5039 to $6756 with an average trade in value of $5898, private sale value is in between $6884 to $9047 with an average private sale value of $7966, didn't show a dealer sale price but it's usually a $1000 or more higher than a private sale...but as mentioned this is in excellent condition, the seat having what appear to be a small tear or wear brings that down a little bit, but for that condition it should have excellent paint/body, new tires, no rust to speak of fairly newly replaced timing belt, brakes, etc., etc.
2 steps down to good condition would knock the average prices down by $1300 (trade in) to $1500 (private sale) less.
KBB explains the difference from good or excellent as...
Excellent
3%
of cars we value
Looks new and is in excellent mechanical condition
So this means it should need NOTHING!!
Good
54%
of cars we value
Has some repairable cosmetic defects and is free of major mechanical problems
Note that for good condition it says "major mechanical problems" so that doesn't means it doesn't need some minor mechanical repairs, i.e. new brake pads, new serpentine belt, sparks plugs, air filter and cabin filter, oil change, i.e. basically needing most servicing done but hasn't been neglected on servicing and tires should have at least half of the original thread and I would say the timing belt should have at least 40,000 or more miles left on it before needing replacing, so that means it should of had been replaced within the last 50,000 miles.
