Rear Fender Falling Off my 05 Sport

Recently, I noticed my rear fender coming and flapping while I was on the highway. The mechanic who did my brakes supposedly fixed it, however it came apart again and I see he just used some glue to hold it together.

What part exactly is this panel that I need to replace? Is this "lower cladding" on the below linked page the correct part?

It looks like you just need to replace the blue and orange push clips that secure the fender flare to the vehicle. I actually have a bunch of them I didn’t end up using. PM your address to me and I’ll send you a few of each.

As CJFONNER said, it looks like you just need to replace the clips. I had a similar issue on mine. Make sure you figure out which clips you need, since Toyota, in their infinite wisdom, used a couple of different ones in different spots. I bought some from the dealer, but then decided to order a couple of bags of them off Amazon for much cheaper. It's a pretty quick fix. Clean all the glue off first.

This guy has a post with the FSM pictures and a list of the parts.

Mine looked similar after I bought it. As others had stated it just looks like the clips are broken. The mechanic that poured glue in it did a horrible band-aid fix and should have told you how to properly fix the issue.
