Transmission cooler hose size?

Installing a new radiator, was told to replace the transmission cooler hose while I'm in there. Anyone know the correct size tubing and how much I need to get?

they are 3/8" i.d. not sure on the length to replace.

if they are in good shape & not soft or any deteriorated spots, i would keep the factory lines. i just replaced my radiator in a 08 V6 with 140k miles & the trans lines looked & felt great. they also have a fiberglass or nylon braided cover over them.

regular rubber line such as fuel line or heater hose line isnt the best for trans fluid, it will eat the line & eventually rupture. i have had rubber fuel line split on the side & leak after a few years of use as trans lines on other cars. just be sure to get hose thats specifically rated for oils & trans fluid use. or keep the factory ones.
