Best to take a sawzall, cutoff wheel, or whatever you have to cut the CAT off the manifold/pipe. The CAT has good value, everything else, not so much. You’ll likely get around $100 just for the pair of CATs as long as the core is intact and not blown out or melted. Cast iron has almost nothing for value these days. I brought an entire trailer load and got maybe $40. Not even worth it unless the scrap yard will give you something for it when you bring it with the CATs.
