Which gaskets did you purchase for the upstream and downstream ends of the Y-pipe?

I had texted Jason, and we discussed that he could just text me tracking whenever he received it. If you get ahold of him via text, he's usually cool with a phone call at that time, and you can get 95% of your questions answered pretty succinctly.

Just curious what size socket did you use? I just got some new studs and lock nits and they look like they are a 15mm or 16mm. I have not had a chance to size them yet. That seems weird because I have done a lot of header installs in my day and can't remember the socket being that big. Usually a 3/8 or 7/16. However, I never installed headers on a Toyota.

Stock is 14mm. medium length socket would help. I used a deep, I almost cut it down a bit but got by.

Weird...I only got the manifold gaskets, nothing else. I ordered the headers as well as the y-pipe

14 mm and 10 mm 3/8 impact swival socket from Sunex. These are just deep enough. Any deeper in socket and it would probably have trouble with clerance.

OK, thanks, guys! That seems more like it. I wonder If the nuts I have are too big? I know my nuts are big but that's not what I am talking about! lol Wondering if a 16mm socket would be too big to the nuts? Prob going to have to use a modified box end wrench?? I will just have to see..
Thanks again, guys!!

Picked up my headers from FedEx yesterday. They were supposed to be delivered Sunday but since they got pushed back to Monday I re-routed for pick up at my local FedEx. I haven't opened them yet since I'm still waiting on the titanium hardware kit before I figure out when I have time to attempt the install.

Drove it for the 1st time just now with the long tubes/Y pipe, I already had the Gibson cat back. I'm surprised how quiet it is. under 50mph cruise is as quiet or quieter than stock. Sounds very healthy when you push the loud pedal.
I used the ebay 90 degree CEL eliminators with catalyst at the tip. No CEL's & with them pointed to the rear the wires plugged in perfectly without having to unclip the wires from their brackets.
I did something else that I wasn't sure how it was going to work out, I used a 3/8" NPT tap in the end of the air tubes & screwed in brass plugs. Left the air injection open as I have the electrical bypass. Seems to be fine.
