Everyone is charged up front. Some of these charges have been run in batches so it might’ve been a little bit delayed but everything is paid for upfront for the special group buy

I'll probably give you a call tomorrow to order some of those. Seems like a no-brainer over the stock hardware.

As long as people keep ordering the titanium
Hardware will keep the price. It’s a steal.

Also, any new people looking to buy these headers maybe, 5 more days from now aprox you have. Also if anyone has questions on their order, just text me please at 717-319-2100.

It's not even a week since I bought my first 4Runner, a nice '03 with 150k miles. She has a cracked header so no time to waste, I already ordered these plus Y pipe and a cat-back.
@ Jason B
is indeed a nice guy to talt to.

I wouldn’t worry - it’s the weekend. Dude is super cool and got my trucks where they needed to be - I’d call sometime next week. Love my headers!

You can gain the most/best access by removing the front wheels and going in from the wheel wells. To me the most difficult stud/nut is cylinder #7 which is driver side rear most stud.
Use high quality 6 point wrenches and sockets. I can't stress this enough! One reason the factory nuts are hard to remove is that they are pinch nuts. You will remove the entire stud and nut on some so that's good. Before you begin installing the new headers run a stud into each hole all the way to make sure the holes in the heads are nice and clean.
I have found that if you use a nut and bolt versus the stud it is much easier. Use a small pry bar to move the connecting pipe to line up the holes and slip a bolt in it.
If I think of anything else I will add it. Hope this helps!

I'm also in north Atlanta. Trying to decide on the LT headers. Any issue passing emissions with long tubes... with only 1 set of rear cats? I remember having to do a sniff test on some tests, but usually just connecting to the OBD port.

If your CEL is not on it will pass without fail.

Depends if the bypass sensor shows the cat as being ready. My GolfR was tuned to have the cats bypassed. It failed emissions because the cat showed not ready. I had to tune back to stock and turn it on to pass.

For the guys running longtubes. How did you find a shop that would be willing to install them? My county doesnt do emissions inspections so I could pass with the cats from the stock manifolds being gone because the inspector wont look, but I'm not sure of any shops that would install them knowing that this is still an on-road vehicle.
BTW I'm mainly interested in the long tubes because of ease of install (especially when I decide to get the y-pipe too) and better fit around the steering shaft after a bodylift.
