So are all necessary gaskets provided or is that a-la-carte ?
I also ordered the Y-pipe so just trying to plan ahead if I need to grab some fel-pro gaskets or whatever else others recommend

It's all in there.
Drivers side is on, a few of the nuts are a SOB to get to.

Yes, just getting the nuts started is interesting on 2 or three of the studs

I took the old manifolds off today. With a milwaukee impact wrench, extensions and a impact swival, it made it pretty easy. The weird thing is, the old manifolds fell right out without any need to jack up the engine like the instructions stated.

Mine came off eazy too, you will have to lift it to get the headers on and some of the nuts are just nutz to get too with the headers.

That sucks, I was hoping they went in just as easy as they went out. Not looking forward to jacking up the engine, lol. Are you able to squeeze a torque wrench on all the nuts?

The nuts on the center tubes are interesting.

Fired mine up, long tubes and Y pipe. At idle it may actually be quieter than stock, deep mellow.
Blip the throtlle and it's not the same truck. Very crisp, maybe even a little pissed off sounding.
I did mine as part of a 4wd conversion so I have not driven it yet.

How was the install? Did you have to lift the motor up?

Yes I had to lift the engine to get the headers in. Really not a big deal, two nuts on each side, used a 4x4 on the pan with the floor jack/ Getting some of the nuts in place was interesting. Tightening some of them was equally entertaining. I'm missing a little skin on my hands & forearms but I got it done.
