Has anyone got any updates on the titanium hardware? I'm getting anxious because that's all I'm waiting for now to complete my installation.

I did mine as part of a 4wd conversion so I have not driven it yet.

How does the butt dyno feel? Is it much of a power difference?

It's not like a shot of nitrous, but it feels like it takes less throttle to get up to cruising speed. Definitely feels stronger wide open in the mid to upper rpm.

Do you have full cat back exhaust and catless midpipes?

So with long tubes, catless ypipe (are you running the DT one with the resonators), and a gibson muffler with factory resonator deleted it wasn't that bad? I'm thinking about doing the same thing, except with a magnaflow muffler probably

Yes all DT with the resonators. At idle and normal driving doesnt seem any louder at all. When you push the loud pedal it is louder, but not obnoxious.
I just completed a 4wd conversion at the same time and dont have the console back in, so the 55 or so drone may not be worse once I button it up, but the drone does seem a little worse right now. The internal volume of the magnaflow may help with that.
I tow alot in the 55-65mph range so drone in that rpm range is a problem for me.

I have not received mine.
When Jason texted me to tell me my headers were shipping he tried to sell me the titanium hardware... which I had already purchased.
I then followed up with him to remind him that having the headers does me no good if I don't have the hardware. He said he spoke with another person who ordered the hardware and they were okay having me take their place in line so that I could get hardware sooner since they didn't plan to install til the spring.
Jason stated that the titanium hardware order was also rather large and overwhelmed the manufacturer of said hardware. This doesn't do us very good finding this out this late in the game. I ordered the titanium hardware on 10/3 and I feel like its more likely that the order didn't get placed until much later than that rather than that they were so overwhelmed by orders that its going to take them months to complete.
$165 of bolts, even x30 people (who ordered headers) = $4,950. I have a hard time believing that a company that specializes in titanium hardware would have months of trouble fulfilling a few thousand dollar order.
The wait continues, the headers are at best a nice paperweight until the titanium hardware I ordered shows up.

Check out adding a 1/4 wave resonator to target the drone in the worst spot. Might help make it bearable again.

So continuing on this thread. All my parts have arrived. Headers look awesome along with the Y pipe. A while back I ordered the Gibson catback exhaust also from Burtman Industries.
Also got the O2 sensor bypass from Jason. X4
Had free time today. Laid out all the parts in the garage to look at what I’m getting into once the titanium studs arrive.

Just got home and my headers arrived! I didn't receive tracking but didn't mind that; I'm not putting them on for at least 3 weeks. I can sleep a little easier now knowing I have them finally. 02 spacers arrived separately as well. No titanium hardware though. I'll try to take pictures during the install and post them here!
