Help with pricing 4th gen 4runner

I am mulling the idea over of selling a 4th gen 4runner and need help with what the price tag should be. This originally was a limited v8. Came with nav, leather heated seats and heated mirrors.

158k miles
Toytec boss 2.5" lift
New 33" discover atp Cooper tires
Viper remote start
17" raceline wheels
Baja safari rack
CBI front bumper with piaa lights attached
Warn 8000 winch

What would you think she should be priced at?

is this an 05 v8? If not an 05+, there are substantially fewer people who will want one. The earlier v8s both have less power and worse mpg and most people know this when looking for a 4runner.

Also...this is not a California car, meaning it might be completely rusted underneath. How does the underside look?

I use the following equation when looking at used cars:

If car = California , price of car = 1.6X the rest of the USA or more.

In this case, washington 4runner maybe 9000. If it was in California, it would be 16000 and already be sold yesterday before you posted it.

Depending on the year, makes a difference? 04 vs 08 can be thousands of $$.

So what year is this T4R? That's some critical info...
When was the lift done?
How much rust on the frame?

Pics of the interior?

If 08 ~ $15k+
04 ~ $11K

Looks like it is an 05 or older based on the wheel wells. Like others have said, overall condition inside and out would be helpful.
