06 Sport A/C issue. Help! It's HOT!!!

My fan has been making a noise, kind of like a card in the spokes of a bicycle wheel for the last week or so. System is cooling but blowing very hard. I switched out the in cab filter last year and it was nasty. Anyway, gety in the truck this morning and no air. Nothing. System seems to be working as there was a puddle of condensation on the driveway. A/C panel still lights up and can select modes but no fan. Any ideas? It's only 98 degrees so it's not that hot yet, lol...

Roll Tide!!

Thanks

Just a guess but I would say either the fan motor is shot or what ever had drop down into the fan blade and making the noise could have drop further into the fan and has it stuck so the fan can't turn, either way you will have to pull the fan to figure it out.

But before pulling the fan check all fuses to make sure the fan fuse hasn't blown.

It ended up being the fan motor, the bearing was shot. Picked one up from the local dealership and with my Landcruiser club discount of 25%, I ended up paying about $160. Three bolts and 30 minutes later and it's good as new.
