You ever consider just making something a little more custom?
Making a DIY tray and two smaller batteries is anther option to consider.
Nothing stops you from using a smaller battery and a DC-DC charger which is far easier to mount.
This is a nice option not a lot of people know about. Perfect for smaller fridge projects.

You can also consider using cheaper and smaller APC batteries which are designed for a UPS.
Uses alternator when the car is running.
Charges 2nd battery when car is running with 10a charger.
Switches over to 2nd when car is not running.
