Gotcha! Thanks for the info man. I kind of figured that might be the case. I've seen them in a 37 and they did seem a bit smaller than a standard 37. Them running just a hair smaller actually might be a good thing for me in this case haha

Not to steal this guys thread but how do you like the Toyo MTs? How loud are they and what lift and wheels are you running to clear those

@Jaws82 ran the Toyo MT in 285/75/17, he loved the tires, they last forever, are tough as nails, and look great. He did mention they were not the best in terms of road manners. He was running a 3/2 Icon lift with a body mount chop. He had them mounted on SCS wheels, 17x8.5, not sure of backspacing.

The 285/75 isn't too difficult to fit as long as you have a BMC

Yes 285/75/17

I like my Falken AT3W 285/75/17s. I went with the for the reason of taller without being wider. I had to cut a ton to fit them though with my 3” lift. After I added the 1” body lift I was fine though

As a follow up to this thread I ended up with 285/75R17 Yokohama Geolandar MT G003s and they are freaking awesome.

Definitely a bit smaller than advertised but that is to be expected. I'm thinking that with a bit more trimming of the rear fender area (where the mud flap formerly was), a "custom" BMC/relocation by a local fab guy in November, and flattening of the pinch weld, that everything should be good to go.

I wanted to try to avoid running a body lift because I want the Victory 4x4 front hybrid bumper eventually and the fitment isn't made to be compatible with a BL according to them. Plus I didn't want the hassle of installing one of them but we shall see after all of the aforementioned stuff if that BL is necessary in the end.

Check out my build thread in my signature, tons of good photos of them up there!

Also I still love them went from 38 psi to 32 psi and its much quieter, smoother, and I feel like the tread is getting a full contact patch now too so it should be wearing better now too.

Overall I am glad I went with them over a 285/70r17 like everyone else has, but I will say that they are putting noticeably more strain on the drivetrain than the bald 285/70r17 ATs that I had on previously for like a month before these. I feel like re-gearing is in my future but I'm unsure between 4.56s and 4.88s...I plan on running full steel skids and sliders, along with a Victory 4x4 hybring front bumper and winch. For the rear I am undecided between a Coastal Offroad diy bumper or something like StellarBuilt is making out in Cali (unfortunately in-house only).

They do rub quite a bit as well, but not enough to stop it from functioning off road or on road. With a BMC relocation project coming in the next month or so that should fix most if not all of it. A local fab guy is working on that one for me. Stay tuned, it should be a pretty cool setup.

Check out the Falkens or Toyos MT

Another option if you're looking for bigger, Kenda just came out with the 35/10.5/17. I'm running these now. They are a skinny R/T tire, snow rated, and look badass. I'll have a review up later.
Do you think a 2 inch front lift will clear it If I do BMC and front bumper high clearance cut? Couldn't find clear answer anywhere.

Did you regear or feel the need to? Thanks

Regear was not necessary for 34s and V8.
2 inch lift will likely not be enough for 34s'. I had to do a BMC, front bumper, and was running a BL.
