Help ID a leak - driver's side hard lines

Noticed this streaks on my frame today, driver's side front wheel well, just behind wheel. Upon touching they are mostly dried up but there's definitely a sticky texture, no detectable smell.

It looks like there are ~4 hard lines going from the rear toward engine compartment at this location. This appears to be a slow weep from the upper, outer of those lines, right where there's a plastic clip. See attached pics. It's hard to trace, but it looks like this might be the hard line that goes into the manifold in front of the brake fluid reservoir (maybe labeled "4" on the far right?).

Is this possible a slow/early break fluid leak? Looks like it's right at the plastic clip, so maybe rubbed through? Or is there another explanation like a little bit of UCA grease just happened to fly up there, land, and melt/drip? Should I take this in to get looked at ASAP? Thank you!

Are you sure it isn't spillage from something else fallowing the lines down? Your lines look good compared to mine when I replaced them. When they start to leak they don't stop and I don't think brake fluid dries up.
