Vibration about 65mph

Been having vibration about 65mph. Can feel it in in the gas pedal area. Tires are balanced. Notice tbe vibration in the front seats also. Any ideas on what it can be?

This has been a huge topic of discussion with multiple threads and even a poll taken. If you search it you'll easily find it.

I had the vibration from day 1, even had the dealer look at it before I took delivery. Vibration started at 55 and settled down after 60mph.

Got new tires and had them balanced and an alignment performed. No change.

Swapped out suspension and the vibration started in at 60mph and settled at 65.

Installed second set of suspension pieces, new UCA, had everything aligned, still there.

Installed existing tires on new wheels and the vibration magically stopped. I swore it was the factory wheels being slightly out of round.

Got new tires this year and had another alignment done, and dammit the wobble is back. Not so bad, but back. I have +4 caster and 0 camber. Could be the swap from AT to MT tires, or maybe they aren't as round as my ATs were, who knows.

It's still not as bad as it was with the stock wheels, but annoying none the less.

Some people have it, some people don't. Other than the spindles and LCAs, I've swapped just about everything you can think of in the front, so for what it's worth, I chalk it up to gremlins and try to ignore it.

Just fought this myself. In my case, both front calipers are seized (inside pistons only). This is with the 5th gen upgrade as well...these things lasted ~2 years.

I'll be interested to see if you solve this - please post if you do.

We have a Volvo XC with a similar, high-speed vibration. It's not brakes (pads, rotors, or calipers), link rods, wheel balance, tires, king pins, ball joints, or alignment, but might be axles. It's been present at least 10 years, but not bad enough to replace more expensive parts. Multiple mechanics have multiple suggestions - seems now to be down to simply replacing parts (all of which appear to be OK).
