Does anyone have the overall maximum length of the Sherpa Princeton roof rack? The website specs say that the dimensions are 89”x47-1/2”x2.5”* but can anyone confirm the overall total length at 89” long? Something tells me that might not be the exact dimensions? The width does add up just fine at 47-1/2” but I feel like the height must be more than 2.5” as well… can anyone give more precise dimensions?

@Hitmanhink

Yeah Depends on where you measure.
The Height varies depending on where you measure. The 2.5" measurement is likely the height between the cross bars and the roof at top center. More by the sides.

If you are looking for dimensions of side rails on my early Princeton I get the following measurements. I believe that there have been changes since I bought mine. I know that the "Sport" model is definitely different from these.

Since it was too dark to take pics, I borrowed one of the promo pics to show how I measured to get these measurements.

I’m curious if the newer model is any different in length? Does anyone have the newer one that can check the measurement? I’m mostly concerned with the overall maximum length.

It is in the build list! No eta on availability as it will be followed by some in-depth testing. It likely will be available in 2024.

I don't own one yet, but will be buying one when I'm ready to invest in a RTT.

Thanks!
