Strut Mount/Top Hat With Spacer

Using 2.5" front spacers for leveling. The spacers I have use the typical set-up where it is mounted to the strut using the top hats' 3 top bolts. THEN there are 3 threaded holes between each of the 3 top bolts. This is where the supplied bolts run through the mounting "surround" into the spacer. The question is this...

Can I rotate the strut mount 90 deg leaving the rubber isolator where it is in order to line up the new holes? Any foreseeable issues with that?

not sure if im understanding the question correctly. you bolted the spacers onto the strut but the spacer doesnt have studs coming out. Only has holes for the bolts? if so, you have some weird spacers. Most of them come with studs coming out on top.

what i had to do was install the spacer on the strut and then "flip" the strut around so the holes would line up. I tried to turn the top hat to line up with the strut studs but it was impossible to do. They were firm in place

If you can and should be able too. Mount it on top like your asking, push the LCA down and turn the lower eye hole to be able to bolt up to the LCA.
