Whatever it is, it's throwing both banks out of whack....I'd think fuel pressure regulator, PCV if you haven't done so already. After that, injectors and injector seals, though you would have multiple fouled in order to get 171 and 174... You could always RENT a smoke machine from a party store. That's what I did on my v6 4runner.
