Thanks to all that read and replied, everything appears to back to normal. Like I mentioned before leaving the battery disconnected for a week and then touching both battery cables together ended the no start and even turned the charging light off!
The zero point calibration that I was following was a printout from Mitchell repair, and I wasn't connecting the pins in step nine while turning the ignition on. I went to the FSM like

The disheartening thing is all this was caused by an incorrectly wired trailer and none of the fuses or relays kept from causing problems with the ECM.
