265/70r17 rubbing sway bar

I've got em on a set of pro comp 17x8 0 offset 4.5 backspacing and they're rubbing on the sway bar so I'm thinking of just getting new rims. Any recommendations that won't rub? How much backspacing do i need? If I lift it more will that do the trick? All I have now is a from leveling kit and the adjustable bilstein 5100s...total novice over here

Everyones oversized tires rub on that. Show me one picture of a 4th gen on 33's that doesn't rub on the front sway bar. There is no way to fix that aside from removing the sway bar or getting a new truck. Even changing rims won't do anything because the 4th gen turning radius is so tight that every offset of every combination will have the same result. And before anyone says anything about "have you tried"... I literally have 4 different sets of 33's on 4 different offset rims sets and they all do the same thing.

I would be very interested in seeing a setup on any 4th gen which allows for no rubbing with 33s on anything under any condition. I would buy that suspension setup in a second.

Well good to know I'm not alone haha. They weren't rubbing on stock rims but I've tried two sets of rims and still the same. I thought I was just screwing up my math. Rather rub then go back to stock!

I have 34s and don't rub. Remove the sway bar.

No way is that true. I tried with stock rims and 285/70/17 and they DEFINITELY rubbed on the sway bar. They rubbed even more than the -10mm, 0, and -20mm offset wheel and tire combo I tried.

The only way they did not rub is if he also had the stock tire size or the tires were smaller than 33x12.5r17.

I have 265/70s on 5th gen rims, which I think have 15mm offset and they don't rub.
