Do my plugs look normal?

I changed the plugs on my '07 V8 today. They are laid out so the new plug is the front of the engine. The right rear most plug was all orange. Any thoughts on this? Maybe water got in? They have 94K miles and I am assuming they are original to the car.

They look normal.

The orange one looks like it was over tightened.
The back left one is a bit oily. You may want to change out the spark plug gaskets when you change out the valve cover gaskets.

The one that's discolored may have been a little loose, other than that look ok to me. The gap doesn't change on the Iridium plugs so it doesn't look like they need changing after you do it, but must be a reason they say 100K is enough.

I just changed my V6 Highlander and they had 106K and looked fine!

Besides oil and slight blow by on the 2 rear plugs, combustion looks normal.
