My 06 V8 has 246400 on it. I use Mobil 1 Full Synthetic High Mileage with OEM Toyota filters. Fumoto valve too so oil changes are as easy as your skid plate bolts will come out.
I too have the fomoto valve

230,000 miles on my '08 V6 and been using semi-synthetic since I bought at 80,000. Change my oil every 5-6000 miles, and I am not particularly brand-loyal. Lately I've been buying NAPA store brand as its cheaper.

121k on my 2009, I purchased at 102k from the original owner. Nothing but Mobil 1 5W30 every 5k, since it was brand new. Inside of the 1GR is clean enough to eat off of lol. My last 4Runner I owned from 50-105k, and my Tacoma I had from 60k - 130K, all of them M1 every 5k. Can't beat it.

My old Avalon on the other hand, has 232K and I just run plain Mobil conventional (Toyota brand) every 3k through it. Doesn't burn any oil.

I switched to a full digital oil. It's way better than synthetic and about 3x the cost. I'm really happy. She runs better than ever. Digital has way better specs than synthetic from what I can see...and hey, it's worth it for my baby. SpaceX uses it exclusively.

what exactly is digital oil? & what company makes it & where can you buy it?

never heard of digital oil before & curious what it is? only thing i can find doing a search is whats called a digital oil field... which is a program or technology designed to improve sourcing & recovery of oil. dont see anything about actual "digital oil" or any comparisons to synthetic oil.

240k on my V6, been using synthetic blend since zig bought it four years ago at 80k. Just got an oil analysis done at 230k and the folks at Blackstone complimented me on keeping the engine in such good condition.
I use semi synthetic in this as well as my wife’s TJ (220k) and my Dodge Raider (210k). I also used it in my Dodge Ram that I sold at 280k. Typically just buy whatever is on sale at the auto parts store, lately I’ve been using the store brand at NAPA.

how many miles between changes? & how many miles were on the sample you had tested?

Typically 5000 miles between changes. IIRC it was just about 5200 miles on the tested sample.

thanks. so a sample of a synthetic blend at 5200 miles tested good, yet there are those who change their full synthetic oil at 3000-4000... this is just another example of proof that oil lasts a LOT longer than most people think.
