$200 Heated Leather Seats?

Hey Folks,

I've got a guy near me selling a set of 2004 heated leather power seats for $200... They are in good condition and I plan on re-covering them (I used to be an upholsterer) but I don't really know if that price is too high?

I picked up a pair of 2003 Lexus RX300 power seats for my Runner earlier this year for $50 and online cheap racing buckets are like $250.

Is this a good price? what say you?

I feel like for heated leather that seems like a good price. I've looked for heated leather seats for my 2012 t4r and have had no luck anywhere near that price range.
