Price could be a little lower. I paid $13k for a 2005 Limited 4x4 V8 145k miles, single owner around this time last year. Super clean and no rust. I suppose where you’re located could impact price. I’m in California. I’d offer $12k but if you really like and if you’ve been looking for a while $14k is not terrible.

I would try and get them closer to $12k. But I think either way that's super clean and a great deal!

Have you confirmed that the 4WD works in all modes?

Wow! I paid $6500 last July for my 07 sport 222,000 miles. That sounds pricey. BTW, you will still need to catch up on a whole lot of maintenance, new radiator, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, brake calipers, etc. Im sure he can afford $200 when he is profiting $8000

While some maintenance may be necessary I doubt all of this stuff will be. I’ve got 163k with stock radiator, thermostat, calipers etc

Not to argue but, nothing lasts forever. 13/14 years and 150k miles is well beyond the normal life expectancy of maintenance items. I am proactive where others wait until it breaks down, then jumps on the forum and needs help to get home from deep in the trails. Im just saying you cant rule out needing to do work on the truck post purchase. $14k is a lot unless the seller can provide proof the work has been done already. $12k tops if clean
BTW, after I got home with mine, I found pink stalactites emanating from a corner in my radiator. Crust under the water pump and oil dripping from the condenser line connection. I just missed it when inspecting the truck. I can do my own works so no big deal. If you cant wrench, it will cost you a small fortune to get fixed.

priced too high IMO, but its a dealer so not surprised at all. & it is very clean looking, thats my favorite color for a 4 runner too.
i searched for a 07-09 4runner for 6-8 months until i found one in my price & mileage range. i saw so many 150k+ mile ones at dealers for ridiculous prices & since im in the midwest many of them had terrible rust issues underneath, one was so bad after they took it to the service dept to put on a lift for pics, the service manager deemed it too rusted & unsafe to drive, they pulled it off the lot & sent it to auction... they would have sold it to someone else that didnt ask or know to inspect it further.
i ended up finding a 08 4x4 V6 sport in silver with 143k miles for $8500 2 years ago from a private seller. it needed new tires & windshield was cracked but those were relatively cheap & easy to replace.
thats a nice clean looking 4runner but i think you can find one as nice for less $$ privately. bet the dealer gave the prev owner $7500-$8000 trade value, they would have done better selling it themselves for $9-$10k.

Again, depending on location, it’s an okay price. This is typical west coast pricing. Anywhere else it’s too high.

If it was a v8 I’d say good deal for it.
I think in the 11-12k range would be a good deal.
If you like it, it’ll likely last and that’s what matters. Hopefully the dealer is legit and did some maintenance and checked it all out. You could definitely get a better deal from private sellers, other dealers etc

Like any deal, whether this price is a good one is subjective. I wanted a 2006-09 & my must have list was two items: 4WD & a sunroof. I live in metro Atlanta and looked for a year, finally becoming so desperate that I resorted to calling every Toyota dealer along our route home from a 2014 Outer Banks vacation. Hit the jackpot in Greenville, SC and ended up paying $19K out the door for a 7-year-old truck with 96K. That felt high at the time but it was spotless and had a clean Carfax, complete service records, no rust anywhere, and a new 4WD actuator. Six+ years and 105K miles later, I have zero regrets over the deal.
They transferred it to an Atlanta dealer for delivery and I asked the sales guy why I never even saw 4WD 4Runners on their website. He said, “We can’t even get them cleaned up for pictures before somebody pulls in here and buys them.”
Take what you will from all that but in the end, the market has a say and these trucks are understandably popular. Only the OP can make a deal he’s comfortable with.

I had never owned a Toyota but stumbled on my 08 on a Dodge lot. SR5 92k $19k in 2013. No regrets.

Seems high. Nada value is less. Take everything wrong into account, ripped seats, battery, lack of any maintenance( gear oils, trans service etc).
I paid 7500.00 for my 08 limited with 162k in May of '19.
