Factory SR5 leather Seats - Heated?

My 04 SR5 has leather seats, a heated seat relay and a heated seat fuse. I’m just wondering if I have heated seats and don’t know it. If the seats have heating elements, then I guess I have everything except a switch. I’ve looked everywhere and don’t see a switch. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank, Trent

The heated seat switches would be on the console in front of the storage compartment, they would be in the far left and right cutouts, since you don't seem to have them those cutouts would either have blank plates or no cutouts at all for those switches, just 3 in the center.

I have a limited and it has heated seats, I have 5 cutouts on the console where the switches are.

Here's a link to a older classified that shows a console with the heated seats switches, most if not all SR5s only have 3 cutouts..but it's possible the wiring for the heated seats switches in under the console, since it's would usually be cheaper for Toyota to use the same wiring harnesses, fuse blocks, etc. in all T4Rs and just add whatever options are needed for each model, but I'm not sure if that's the case.

If you have a sr5 they did not come through with factory heated seats. The console for sr5s do not have blanks, its just a solid console cover. Most aftermarket heated seats either had a small switch where the limited switches would normally be or on the side of the seat where the power seat controls would be(if you have power seats).

My suggestion would be look under the seat and under the black console trim to see if there is any non original toyota wiring. Most likely you have leather seats done at port, done by the selling dealer or done by a previous owner.

If you feel really ambitious, start to unclip the lower seat cover little by little and look for a seat element.

Most 4runners are prewired for different options to save on multiple wiring harnesses.
